DEMENTIA CARE

Are you struggling to support a loved one at home with Dementia? We can give you peace of mind, providing specialist home care and support from our highly trained and experienced staff. This could be planned as a regular service or on a short term ad-hoc agreement.

PALLIATIVE CARE

We can help support your loved one through a distressing terminal illness.  Let us provide specialist support with the day-to-day things so your family can make the most of your time together.

RESPITE CARE

Do you look after a family member to keep them independent in their own home?  Sometimes you will need our support too. We offer respite home care so that you can take a break knowing your loved ones are in good hands.  It could be as little as an hour a week so that a loved one can pop out to do some shopping, meet up with friends, etc

HOSPITAL DISCHARGE

Are you needing to organise some home care support so that your relative can be discharged from hospital?  Our flexible service can meet your needs and we can provide care to coincide with hospital discharge dates and times.

If there’s something new you’d like to start, or an old passion you’d like to revisit, we can match you to the right person to help you achieve this.
